CHANGE USER NAME ON YOUR LAPTOP

To change your username :

1. Click the "Start" menu.

2. Select "Control Panel".

3. When the Control Panel appears, select "User Accounts".

4. When the "User Accounts" window appears, underneath "Or pick an account to change", click your account name.

5. Click "Change my name".

6. Enter in a new account name and click "

".To change owners name :Start > Run > type "regedit" (without the quotation marks) click ok, the Registry Editor will open up.Navigate you way to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion"Double click on the Value Names: "RegisteredOwner" & "RegisteredOrganization" & change the value data to whatever you want.Reboot.

Can't Delete File

CAN'T DELETE FILE FROM USB FLASH DRIVE / PENDRIVE

Restart Computer enter F8 ...open use safe mode
Delete use safe mode.

SHOWS HIDDEN FILE

tekan Run
TEKAN CMD

Pilih Drive

Taip attrib - r - a - s - h *. * /s  /d

Shows File Hidden

SHOWS FILE HIDDEN FROM PENDRIVE / FLASH DISK
1. click start>>run>>type in "cmd"
2. type the location of your flash drive.. e.g. "d:", "e:", "f:", etc..
3. type "dir /ah"
*you will now see the files/folders with hidden attributes
4. type "attrib [name of file/folder] -r -a -s -h"
*if you're going to unhide files, you should type the whole name plus the extension (format).. example "attrib party.jpg -r -a -s -h"
**if you have folders with 6 characters and above, type the first 6 characters then "~1".. example for folder named "birthday"
"attrib birthd~1 -r -a -s -h"
5. you should repeatedly type dir /ah after unhiding some files/folders so you'll know if they're now working or not..
6. now check you flash drive.. it should be there..
